THE ARTISTS COALITION OF FAIRFAX OFFERS EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES TO ALL NORTHERN VIRGINIA FINE ARTISTS
OUR OUR EXHIBITS
Following are the requirements to participate in these exceptional exhibits:
- The quarterly exhibits are scheduled around the last week of the months of January, April, July, and September.
- Invitations to participate are sent to all artists included in our roster.
- Invitations contain a link to the application form.
- After filling up and submitting the application, artists will received and email with the link to the image upload page
- Art submission should arrive before deadline
- Approval notifications are sent via email
- Only previously approved artwork will be accepted for exhibition
- Accepted artwork should be delivered and picked up at the Sherwood Center on the time and dates specified for the particular exhibit
FEES
- Hanging fees are $8.00 per piece for members of the Artists Coalition of Fairfax, and $10.00 for non-members, plus a $10.00 Opening Reception contribution fee applied to all applicants. Fees defray costs of snacks, supplies, and drinks for the reception, and printing supplies for tags, communications, and miscellaneous materials needed for the show.
- The City of Fairfax will collect 30% commission on any sales
ART THEME
- We believe that artists should be free to create, therefore, art theme is always open.
