- We accept Credit Cards through PayPal secure service. Click on the PayPal button where you will be able to pay with your PayPal account or any credit card.
- After payment verification you will receive an email with a link to the Registration Form. Fill up the Registration and click “SUBMIT”.
- A welcome email will be sent shortly thereafter indicating that your registration has been accepted along with the login name and password that you have selected.
- You can now login into the contest upload page and upload up to two images of the painting you would like to submit
- Please note that you get a temporary access active for only 20 days, make sure to upload your images within that time frame.

ELIGIBILITY/REQUIREMENTS
MEDIUM
Oil, Pastel, Acrylic, Watercolor or Gouache. No mixed media, photography, digital or any other media. No digitally manipulated work, painted giclee prints or any other type of reproductions, no manipulated or painted over photos. Any artist whose work is determined to be in violation of this rule will be disqualified, will forfeit any awards received and will be banned from any and all ARTCOFAIR exhibitions for the following three years.
WORK REQUIREMENTS
Work must be original in concept and execution, and must have been completed within the last three years. Entries must not violate any copyrights.
QUANTITY
Two paintings may be submitted. However, only one painting per artist will be accepted into the show.
ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY
After paying the entry fee you will receive an email link giving you access to the registration form where you will be able to create your temporary account, and password to Login. All entries must be uploaded online. Once the temporary account is created logging into the account will redirect you to the Upload screen where you will be able to upload your images.
PAINTINGS MUST BE FOR SALE
All paintings presented must be for sale and will be included in our online store. Artcofair will charge a 20% fee on any sales.
DEADLINE
No exceptions can be made to the following dates

Due to the extremely high number of last minute entries each year, and the possibility of unforeseen changes it is recommended entering well before the final deadline.
Awards: July 5, 2021
Jury results will be emailed to entrants and posted on ARTCOFAIR website.
Wednesday, July 7
Awards sent to winners. All entries will be showcased on the Artists Coalition of Fairfax website store.
